7-Day Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, and we aim to meet your expectations with every purchase. All products sold are brand new and 100% authentic. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund. A refund will be processed once we verify the defect or damage, and the item has been returned to us. Please ensure that the product is shipped back within 7 days of receipt. If the product is indeed defective or arrives in a damaged condition, we will issue a cash refund directly to your account. For other cases, we will provide a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value, redeemable on future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, whether due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order, we will not be able to process a refund.
Note: For cancellations requested by customers, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover bank transaction charges.
Return Policy:
